ExPEDite Workshop: Exploring Digital Twins for Climate-Neutral Cities
Step into the future of urban energy planning and discover how digital twins are transforming cities into climate-neutral, energy-positive environments.
This interactive workshop introduces innovative tools for real-time monitoring, simulation, and decision-making in sustainable urban development. Engage with experts, test cutting-edge solutions, and contribute your perspective to shaping the next generation of Positive Energy Districts (PEDs).
About the Workshop
This workshop presented the ExPEDite project, funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme. The project supports the development of Positive Energy Districts, including a fully functional Living Lab in Riga.
Participants explored how ExPEDite addresses the technical, environmental, and societal challenges of PED implementation, while showcasing current outcomes and innovative tools.
About CONECT Conference
The CONECT (Conference of Environmental and Climate Technologies) is an international scientific event focused on environmental engineering, climate technologies, energy systems, and sustainability solutions. It brings together researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to share knowledge and foster collaboration on climate-neutral innovations.
